As part of our collaboration with Children’s Books Ireland, we were so lucky to welcome author and illustrator Tarsila Krüse to our school today.
The children loved listening to A Little Birdie Told Me, beautifully brought to life by Tarsila with lots of fun, expression and laughter throughout the reading 🐦✨ Inspired by the story, we created our own colourful little birdies afterwards. Tarsila also led a monster doodle workshop with Junior and Senior Infants. Working together, the children created one giant collaborative monster picture using bright oil pastels, and it turned out amazing! 👾🌈 Such a fun, creative and inspiring day for all involved. 😊
