May is the Month of Mary and because our school is called St. Mary’s, we made a beautiful May Altar in our reception to celebrate Holy Mary.
We decorated the altar with a statue of Holy Mary, a children’s bible, rosary beads, a symbol of Hope, a candle and some beautiful artwork from the children in Room 7.
We need to say a very big thank you to Darcie, Lily and Alix-Jo for helping to design this space. It looks wonderful!
